Whether you’re a first-time flyer, a business traveller or require assistance with a language barrier. We can support you through your journey as efficiently as possible.

Our priority is passengers’ comfort and assistance throughout the airport procedures to make the journey seamless, whether the passengers are arriving or departing passenger – or both!
What it Includes
The Premier Meet and Assist service is available for Departing, Arriving, Connecting and Transferring passengers. These services provide passengers with confidence and convenience in a busy airport environment, ensuring that your airport journey is hassle-free.
Our services are tailored to suit every traveller’s needs – for those wanting to travel in real VIP style, frequent business travellers, families, nervous or elderly passengers, those organising group trips, or passengers needing a swift and smooth passage between connecting flights or needing a door-to-door service. We personalise each service to our customers specific needs within prices that suit your budget. We consistently explore new ideas to achieve excellence in service standards to make our customer’s experience a memorable one.
Arrivals
As you disembark, your Meet and Assist greeter will be waiting to welcome you at top of the jet bridge holding your name-board, they will guide you through immigration, passport control, and lead you to baggage reclaim to collect your luggage. Once luggage is collected, your greeter will escort you to your next mode of transport.

Departures
Your Meet and Assist greeter will be waiting to welcome and assist you at your agreed meeting point (terminal forecourt, car park or incoming train, taxi, bus/coach station). The greeter will guide you to your relevant airline check-in area, through passport control and security, and finally to your departure gate.
Depending on the class of your ticket, the greeter will escort you to the relevant airline lounge; and when ready for boarding, the host will take you to your departure gate and wish you a safe flight.

Connection
A connection service is when you are in procession of your onwards journey boarding pass. Our Meet & Assist greeter will meet at the top of the jet bridge of your arriving flight and guide you through all flight connections formalities whilst ensuring a swift journey to your departing gate or lounge. This service could be in the same or different terminal, rest assured our greeters will be with you throughout the journey.
Transfers
A connection service is when you are not in procession of your onward journey boarding pass. This means that you will need to land yourself and then recheck-in i.e. an arrival and departure service.
This could be either from the same or different terminal, you will receive the full arrival and departure experience. Your greeter will accompany and escort you all the way, guiding you swiftly through the airport and assisting you to complete all necessary formalities.
Upon arrival your escort will collect you from your arrival gate, at the top of the Jet Bridge and will guide you through all arrival formalities (immigration, passport control, customs clearance, and baggage).
Thereafter, the Meet & Assist agent will help you to recheck-in for your departure flight and will guide you through all departure formalities (check-in, immigration, passport control, lounges and gates).
Service Add-Ons
ARL Premier Meet and Assist service provides a seamless journey through the airport and beyond, it is from the terminal kerbside to the aircraft door and vice versa. We also have additional services that are tailored to suit everyone’s requirements; These can be booked as an additional Add-on to the Premier Meet & Assist Service.
